Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled

IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer

to design, develop, and implement workflow solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM BAW, BPM concepts, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop workflow solutions using

IBM Business Automation Workflow .

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Configure and customize BAW components, including

process apps, coaches, and services .

Integrate BAW with external systems using

REST / SOAP APIs

and other connectors.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of workflow applications.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.

Provide production support and troubleshoot workflow-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong experience in

IBM BAW / BPM

development.

Proficiency in

Java / J2EE ,

JavaScript , and

SQL .

Knowledge of

RESTful services ,

SOAP , and integration patterns.

Familiarity with

business process modeling (BPMN)

and workflow design principles.

Experience with

Coach Views ,

Human Services , and

Integration Services .

Good understanding of

Agile methodology

and SDLC.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have : Experience with

IBM ODM ,

FileNet , or other IBM automation tools.

Exposure to

cloud deployment

(AWS, Azure) and

containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes).
