Required Technical Skill Set

Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more than 4-10)

• Expertise in C55.
• Hands- on experience in configuration enhancement like value model changes, report generation ,workflow etc. as per business requirement.
• Design and develop solutions in C55.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, troubleshooting complex issues, and stay updated on the latest C55 features and updates.
• Proficient in Workato Integration
• Strong knowledge of Integration for C55
• Discussion with business users for any incidents or issues
• Provide resolution or work around to the incidents
• Participate in business requirements discussion as part of enhancement scopes
• Defect fix, testing and promoting code to different environment
• Discussion with support groups for any integration related issues / incidents
