What You’ll Do Every Day :

Discover Influencers – Use in house social media discovery tools to find the right creators based on audience, engagement, and content style.
Outreach & Onboarding – Call 100 influencers daily, pitch our campaigns, and onboard them.
Negotiate & Collaborate – Secure the best deals for reels, videos, and brand promotions.
Plan & Execute Campaigns – Coordinate and launch influencer-led campaigns.
Monitor Performance – Track views, engagement, and impact, optimizing for virality.
Content Strategy Support – Help influencers create engaging content that resonates with their audience.

Confident Communicator – Comfortable speaking to influencers and negotiating deals.

Qualifications :

2024 Graduate (Any Field) – If you’re passionate about social media, you’re welcome!

Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube.

Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (or any regional language).
