Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help us build the future of Voice AI!

You'll be working on cutting-edge AI solutions, combining backend excellence with intelligent AI integrations. This is a hybrid position based in Thane, where you'll have the opportunity to work on :

• Build scalable backend services using Node.js (Express / Fastify) or Python (FastAPI)
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching layers
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Train and fine-tune foundation AI models
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Develop AI personas with advanced personalization
• Customize image and video generation models
• Integrate LangChain, Langgraph, Mastra AI, and Vercel AI SDK
• 3+ years of professional backend development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js (Express or Fastify)
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, Mastra AI, or Vercel AI SDK)
• Problem-solving mindset and passion for AI-driven solutions
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture

Salary : Up to ₹18 LPA (based on experience)
