Job Description : Copywriter / Scriptwriter (video ads)

Experience : Upto 3 years

Location : Gurugram Sector - 48

Working days : 5 days Hybrid model

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in writing ad copy / scripts, especially for Meta ads.
  • Strong grasp of consumer psychology, ad funnels, and CTA placement.
  • Ability to adapt tone : quirky, premium, emotional, informative - based on product & audience.
  • Basic knowledge of short-form video content structure (30 - 60 seconds).

Responsibilities :

  • Write engaging and brand-aligned scripts for paid video Ads (Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to bring ad ideas to life.
  • Generate scroll-stopping ideas for creatives that drive conversions and brand recall.
  • Conduct A / B testing of ad messaging to identify what resonates best with our target audience.
  • Stay updated with trends in ad creatives, social media behavior, and competitors.
  • Translate product USPs into compelling hooks, emotional triggers, and CTA-driven messaging.
