Job description

Key Responsibilities -

  • Collaborate with other core business teams to translate business requirements into working features.
  • Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and Python (Django) or Golang for the backend.
  • Own features end-to-end : from database design, API development, UI / UX implementation to deployment.
  • Apply best practices in UI / UX development to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.
  • Leverage modern AI-powered coding agents / tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through clean coding practices, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to improve product and engineering workflows.

Requirements :

  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS (hooks, state management, component-driven design).
  • Hands-on experience with Python (Django) and Golang for backend development.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, database systems (SQL / NoSQL), and cloud deployment (AWS).
  • Familiarity with modern development tools, version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience using or experimenting with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
  • Ability to take ownership of features and deliver them independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of UX and UI best practices, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, product thinking, and a user-first mindset.
