Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize & scale Facebook + Instagram ad campaigns to achieve 4X ROAS .
• Set up Conversion API, Pixel Events, Custom Audiences, Retargeting Funnels .
• Analyze ad performance & create data-driven optimization strategies.
• Conduct creative A / B testing for thumbnails, hooks, ad copies & videos.
• Coordinate with the content team to produce scroll-stopping creatives for AirSpin.
• Competitor & audience behavior research to refine targeting.
• Weekly reporting on performance, insights & scalable opportunities.
