Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for an experienced AM – Finance & Accounts (Site) to oversee accurate, timely accounting and MIS reporting at our plant location. This role plays a critical part in supporting financially sound decision-making and ensuring complete compliance with accounting standards including IGAAP and USGAAP .

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Manage plant-level accounting and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Conduct CAPEX & OPEX cost analysis , identify variances, and support corrective actions.
• Handle credit control to maintain smooth cash flows for site-related receivables and payables.
• Support monthly / annual budgeting and forecasting at the plant level.
• Review vendor invoices for compliance and process them in Oracle.
• Perform monthly accounting activities such as accruals, prepayments, standard journals , and balance sheet reconciliations .
• Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements related to Finance & Accounts.
• Implement and monitor site-level internal controls as per corporate guidelines.
• Oversee periodic and effective inventory audits (full count, cycle count, spot checks).
• Ensure adherence to established finance processes, standards, and procedures.
