Mandatory Functional Experience :
- Experience on 2+ Oracle Learning cloud implementation projects and AMS projects on Techno-Functional or Functional roles
- Ability to drive requirement discussions, design discussion and configure application as per client requirement.
- Knowledge of entire SDLC cycle especially for Oracle Fusion HCM applications
- Effective communication and drive the project deliverables for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects.
Mandatory Technical Experience :
Hands-on experience in working with BI Publisher custom templates & OTBI Reports development with sound knowledge of relevant Subject Areas and Data Models.Knowledge on HCM extracts, Fast Formula, Fusion Flexfields customizationStrong expertise in SQL specially on BIP ReportsHands-on experience in personalization & customizations in a Sandbox environment.Should be able to analyse requirements, determine technical level of effort and prepare technical design and specifications.Good to have skills :
Knowledge of Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting is good to have.Knowledge of HCM Cloud data model with expertise in writing complex SQL joins.Responsibilities :
Analyze business requirements / processes and system integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions.Design, and documents applications based on system and user requirements.Understand data feed from feeder systems and design Interfaces for importing the data.Should be able to provide or drive the optimum solution for new initiatives.Should have good experience in Business Requirements gathering skills and good hands-on experience in preparing the Functional Design, Technical Design and Test Cases documents.Able to work with integrating with other downstream system and to design extensions / APIs for exporting item data to downstream systems.
