Role Overview

As part of the Procurement Technology and Transformation team, the Procurement Delivery Lead & Architect will be responsible for leading the delivery of procurement solutions and overseeing the technical architectural design of procurement platforms. This role involves working closely with product owners, vendor partners, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient procurement systems aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.
• Define and maintain the architectural blueprint for procurement platforms, including integration with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with product teams and vendors to translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in cloud architecture, data security, and compliance across procurement solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on solution design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Facilitate agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and architectural standards within the procurement domain.
• Support the evaluation and onboarding of new technologies and vendor solutions relevant to procurement transformation.
• Ensure seamless integration of procurement platforms with Azure services, including Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
