Lawyer

We're looking for a Lawyer who is sharp with law, practical in approach, and comfortable working closely with business and advisory teams. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on legal work, drafting, and problem-solving rather than just theory.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, notices, and legal documents
• Handle legal opinions, compliance matters, and regulatory interpretations
• Support litigation matters including drafting, coordination with advocates, and follow-ups
• Represent or assist before authorities, tribunals, or courts (as applicable)

What we're looking for

• Law graduate (LLB / LLM) with relevant experience
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Ability to explain legal positions in clear, business-friendly language
• Good judgment, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a professional services environment
