Power Platform Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Administrator with deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform governance, administration, and Copilot Studio development. This role will be responsible for managing and securing the Power Platform environment, enforcing governance and compliance, and enabling scalable, efficient development practices. The administrator will oversee day-to-day platform operations, solution lifecycle management, and foster responsible low-code / no-code adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Compliance

• Define, implement, and maintain Power Platform governance policies (e.g., DLP policies, environment strategy, naming conventions, security roles).
• Monitor and audit platform usage, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
• Establish and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes for Power Platform solutions.
