Must-Have

• 10-15 years of Project Management experience especially in ServiceNow Area
• Provide Governance for the various end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Delivery and Project manager, also clients and stakeholders for ensuring objectives and deliverables are met and on track.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise
• Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ServiceNow project delivery managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends.
