About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring for Mainframe, Cybersecurity, and Networking roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring top-quality talent acquisition for niche technology positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (Mainframe, Cybersecurity, Networking).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team goals, and technical expectations .
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Indeed , and other relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary technical discussions to assess candidate fit.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring technology roles .
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and provide feedback loops.
• Handle offer negotiations , onboarding coordination, and post-hire engagement.
• Maintain accurate data and reports in ATS / Excel / Google Sheets.
