About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Operations Manager who has direct experience running operations in a training, L&D, coaching, skilling, or education services company. This role requires someone who has managed the full training value chain — sales → scheduling → trainer deployment → learner operations → billing → reporting — and can build these processes into a scalable machine.
This is not a generic operations role. We want someone who has lived inside the training world, understands how revenue is generated, how trainers are managed, how fulfilment works, and how to keep the entire engine running end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Own lead flow, qualification, proposals, pricing sheets, and coordination with the sales team
- Manage pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and CRM accuracy
- Ensure client commitments are clearly documented before handoff to fulfillment
Training Fulfillment & Delivery Ops
Create and maintain SOPs for training delivery, onboarding, scheduling, and trainer assignmentManage the trainer network (availability, quality, communication, deployment)Coordinate with enterprise clients for calendars, attendance, reports, assessments, and feedbackEnsure every session, workshop, and project is delivered on time and at expected qualityMarketing Operations
Coordinate campaigns, landing pages, trainer funnels, and communication flowsWork with marketing to track conversions, campaign performance, and lead source analyticsFinance & Commercial Operations
Manage invoicing, collections, PO processes, and financial hygieneTrack revenue, cost of trainers, margins, and project-wise profitabilityProcess & Systems
Maintain CRM, LMS, project trackers, and dashboardsCreate automation and workflows to reduce manual loadBuild operational documentation, SOPs, and checklistsPeople & Vendor Coordination
Work closely with trainers, sales team, product team, and clientsManage escalations, internal communication, and coordination across functionsRequirements
Mandatory : Experience as an Operations Manager or similar role inside a training / L&D / coaching / education services companyStrong understanding of training delivery processes, trainer management, and client coordinationProven experience running sales ops, marketing ops, or revenue ops in a service businessHands-on with CRM tools (Zoho, Bitrix24, HubSpot, or similar)Strong process-building and documentation skillsAbility to enforce discipline, deadlines, and quality across multiple moving partsHigh ownership, high accountability, bias toward executionAbility to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environmentPreferred Qualifications
