Regional visual merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive VM execution across all stores in the assigned region.
• Implement seasonal VM guidelines, window concepts, and campaign setups as per brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit VM quality, identify gaps, and share action plans.
• Lead VM planning for new store openings, remodels, and regional events.
• Train and mentor store teams / VM executives to maintain consistent display standards.
• Coordinate with Regional Operations, Marketing, and HO VM teams for product launches & promotions.
• Ensure ideal product presentation, stock availability for displays, and visual alignment to boost conversion.
• Monitor competitor VM trends and suggest innovative concepts suitable for the region.
• Manage regional VM assets—props, fixtures, signage—and ensure timely distribution.
• Prepare and submit regional VM performance reports with photos and recommendations.
