About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Officer  to lead our security initiatives and ensure compliance with financial industry regulations. The role involves implementing, monitoring, and maintaining data security controls, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks (ISO, RBI, NPCI).

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage information security policies and procedures.
• Oversee endpoint protection, VPN access, and device security.
• Manage firewall and web access controls to safeguard organizational data.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and financial sector regulations (RBI / NPCI).
• Monitor and respond to security events using SIEM, DLP, and XDR tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to drive secure cloud (AWS) and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and incident response drills.
• Manage user access lifecycle, MFA, and conditional access policies.
