Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced fundraising professional who can :

1. Engage with Global Funding Companies, VCs, Private Equity Firms, Tech Funds & Family Offices

Initiate investor conversations

Identify aligned funding partners

Build long-term strategic relationships

2. Arrange & Conduct High-Value Investor Meetings

Investor roadshows

Online / physical pitch meetings

Multi-country investor outreach

3. Lead Corporate Negotiations & Deal Finalization

Term sheet negotiations

Valuation & financial modeling discussions

MoU, SHA, Investment Agreements

Full-cycle deal closure

4. Raise the First Funding Round of ₹2,000 Crore

Within targeted timelines

Deliver strategic capital infusion

5. Work on a Contract / Commission Model

No fixed salary

Commission : Up to 10% on successful deal closure

Required Experience

Candidate must have :

Proven track record in raising ₹500 Cr to multi-thousand crore deals

Strong network with global investors (VC / PE / Sovereign Funds)

Experience in large-scale tech, AI, media-tech or innovation projects

High-level negotiation and corporate finance expertise

Ability to close complex, high-value deals

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong investor network across India, US, Europe, Middle East & Asia

Previously raised capital for large corporate or deep-tech ventures

Target-driven and highly strategic

Excellent communication & deal execution skills

Able to deliver funding within 90–120 days
