Senior Performance Analyst – Marketing
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels, developing advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Analyst to play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance globally. Key Responsibilities :
- Analyzing paid media data to inform optimization strategies
- Developing and maintaining complex dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Partnering with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies
Requirements :
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth rolesStrong command of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc.)Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL preferred)Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecastingExceptional analytical skills connecting performance data to strategic business outcomesStrong communication skills presenting findings influencing senior stakeholders
