Job description

We are seeking a versatile animation professional to join our team.

As an Explainer Animation Video Expert, you will be responsible for creating high-quality storytelling visuals and handling end-to-end animation workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Conceptualize and create explainer videos from script to final delivery.
Develop the complete animation pipeline including storyboarding, illustration, animation, editing, sound design and final output.
Work on 2D animation, motion graphics, typography, character animation and visual effects depending on project needs.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand client requirements and deliver visually compelling narratives.
Stay updated on the latest animation trends, techniques and software to enhance production quality.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools : After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema4D / Blender.

Ability to work on storyboarding, illustration, motion graphics, character rigging & animation, transitions and compositing.

Solid understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, color theory, and sound integration.

Experience in explainer videos for corporates, NGOs, development sector, or advertising is preferred.

Self-driven, creative, and able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Eligibility Criteria :

Bachelor's degree / diploma in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or related field.

Proven portfolio of explainer animation videos across different industries.

Full-time availability only (not open for part-time / freelance).
