Trescon — a global business events and media company — is looking for a passionate and target-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team in Bengaluru.
If you love B2B sales, building client relationships, and closing impactful sponsorship deals that connect global industry leaders, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do :
Identify and engage new sponsors and exhibitors for global conferences
Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers (CMOs, CXOs, etc.)
Pitch, negotiate, and close sponsorship deals with measurable ROI
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sponsorship delivery
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For :
2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in events, media, or exhibitions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A driven self-starter with commercial acumen and resilience
Immediate joiners preferred
