About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned ORM Specialist to manage and enhance our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving our digital reputation across multiple platforms. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, crisis management, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across social media, review sites, forums, and other digital platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and mitigate negative sentiment.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer experience teams to ensure consistent messaging and proactive communication.
Respond to online feedback, reviews, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze sentiment trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with online communities and influencers.
Create ORM reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership reviews.
Handle crisis management situations with speed and discretion.

Requirements :

5+ years of proven experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital PR, or Social Media Management.

Strong understanding of social listening, review management, and reputation tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, etc.).

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in managing online crises and building proactive reputation strategies.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.

Ability to work cross-functionally with PR, Marketing, and CX teams.
