Role Overview

Lead user experience design for D2C brands across websites, mobile apps, and marketplace storefronts. Focus on creating conversion-optimized experiences that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Research
Conduct user research and usability testing for D2C brands
Develop user personas and customer journey maps
Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Create UX strategies that align with business objectives and conversion goals
Design Leadership
Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
Create comprehensive design systems and component libraries
Lead design reviews and provide guidance to junior designers
Establish UX best practices and design standards for the agency
Conversion Optimization
Design A / B testing frameworks for continuous optimization
Optimize checkout flows, product pages, and landing pages
Improve mobile user experience and responsive design
Focus on reducing bounce rates and increasing conversion rates
Platform Expertise
Design custom Shopify themes and app integrations
Create marketplace storefront designs (Amazon, Flipkart)
Develop WordPress / Webflow templates and custom solutions
Ensure cross-platform consistency and brand alignment

Key Performance Indicators

Website / app conversion rate improvements

User experience metrics (bounce rate, session duration, pages per session)

A / B test success rates and optimization impact

Design system adoption and team efficiency improvements

Client satisfaction with UX deliverables
