Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating when necessary.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and data in a well-organized and accessible manner.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
Support risk and issue management by tracking potential obstacles and proposing solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project standards.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Jira, or similar).
Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PMP or CAPM certification (preferred but not required).
