Job description

Role : Operations Lead Location : Bengaluru, India To drive and manage operations efficiently for the identified Partners in WEF & WEE. Roles & Responsibilities : Roles & Responsibilities : Drive and track new opportunities & partner sourced deals, large deals & proactive deals Governance of performance metrics (SMUs, GBL & Partner Geography levels) Drive and track GTM initiatives and expand channels of enablement to foster new pipeline origination ,generation for business growth , Lead to Opportunity governance Track & drive clawback of inflow / outflow of incentives, funds & rebates for specific Partner (across partner geographies) as per plan. Ensure all Partner opportunities are properly tagged / updated in TraCE Deal registration in partner systems & ensuring partner validation & recognition of the same. Recognition & validation of N2P with Partner across products and geographies 8. Discounts / BoM validation and follow through. Partner portal management and tracking for Partner information, solution registrations, Partner audits, Partner CSATs, registrations, Track partner certifications and trainings etc. Managing Wipro readiness for partner investments across regions (e.g. Program creation, Supplier Project initiation, SOW creation, PO submission, Tracking of milestones with project team). Support Partnership team on Analyst RFI responses Work with marketing team to maintain Wipro solution catalog in partner portal Managing System Issues Maintain & update all Partner specific data including sponsorship, awards, partnership levels, leadership mapping, QBRs, Wins Track deals where partner has endorsed Wipro Qualifications : Qualifications : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing business operations (e.g. sales operations, Partner operations) Mandatory hands on experience with sourcing & managing large volmes of data Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders within the organization Good analytical and presentation skills Strong communication skills & pro-active self driven approach Prior exposure to Partnerships - good to have
