Deputy/Manager – Talent Acquisition:
Location: Mumbai
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand future hiring needs and establish long-term sourcing strategies.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to refine recruitment approaches.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, screening, shortlisting of resumes, scheduling interviews, offer release till on boarding.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using proactive sourcing techniques.
• Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-offer, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and
generate reports to evaluate performance and improve processes for on time hiring.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Monitor and ensure compliance to hiring process and other Organization’s policies.
• Oversee the daily hiring progress for the assigned recruitment team members, providing support, guidance, and supervision.
• Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in managing high-volume recruitment for Regional-level roles Includes both white collar & Blue collar.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, talent pipelines, and market dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and HR tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
