We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent business acumen, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost optimization measures.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Conduct variance analysis and track key financial and operational metrics.
Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities in collaboration with accounting teams.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
