Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager, located in Bengaluru with work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events, manage client relationships, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the smooth operation of events. The role involves strategic planning, budgeting, staff management, and problem-solving to deliver high-quality, memorable experiences. The Operations Manager will also work closely with the team to innovate and improve processes.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the travel technology operations team across locations or regions
Oversee the delivery and optimization of travel services, including online booking adoption and technology rollout
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Infrastructure, Finance, Sales) to ensure seamless service
Drive cost savings by optimizing air, hotel, and ground transportation engagements
Enhance traveler experience using technology, ensuring safety and compliance
Monitor KPIs related to travel program efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction
Lead business implementations for new clients, systems, or processes
