We are currently looking for a candidate for the role of AM – Finance (GL) . The ideal person should

have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in vendor management, invoice processing, and

payment cycles, and the ability to work in a dynamic finance environment. This is a great

Key Responsibilities :

• Timely Closure of the Audit as per Timelines of Statutory, Tax and Internal Audit .
• Preparation of financial statement by compiling and analyzing accounting information.
• Reviewing the Monthly Audit schedules align with Statutory and Tax Audit.
• Reviewing the workings of the respective departments and Reporting Exception to the

management.

IDT cases and DT cases. Also ensuring the documentation of the same on a monthly

basis.

are used as per Vendor wise / Section Wise / Invoice wise.

Director Pack and other reporting packs in a month by coordinating with the

respective teams.

Companies Act are complied with like Board meeting, AGM, EGM, Appointment of auditor,

filing of ROC forms like DPT-3, AOC-4 etc.

Qualification : CA Intermediate / MBA Finance / Semi Qualified CA with 3+ Year

experience / M- com with 5+ Yrs Experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

NetSuite or ERP systems.

minimum 5 years of Experience, MBA in finance with at least 5 years of

relevant experience.
