About the Role :

EJOBINDIA is looking for a dynamic Female HR & Placement Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating student placement activities and acting as the liaison between our students and corporate recruiters.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with students for career guidance, resume building, and interview preparation.
Manage placement drives, campus recruitment events, and interviews.
Liaise with companies to facilitate recruitment of EJOBINDIA students.
Maintain placement records, generate reports, and track recruitment outcomes.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and soft-skill sessions.
Support HR functions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills :

0 – 1 years of experience in HR, placement coordination, or student engagement.

Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi (written & spoken).

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office & basic data management.

Candidates from Kolkata preferred.

Personal Attributes :

Friendly, professional, and approachable.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
