Newgen Technical Lead or Architect

Newgen Technical Architect :

• Should have more than 12+ years of experience as an Architect on Enterprise content management and business process management systems with mandatory experience on Newgen platforms.
• In-depth Knowledge on Newgen iBPS, OmniDocs, OmniScan and LOS configurations and customizations
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Newgen Platform and Newgen LOS based applications.
• Extensive experience in Newgen LOS application with upstream and downstream integration via API.
• Experience in configuring and customizing dashboards and reports.
• Minimum 5+ Experience in leading large production support and enhancement projects on Newgen Platform.
• Mandatory Experience in handling production support of Newgen LOS modules (Medium and Small Business, Personal Finance, Auto Lease / Auto Finance and Mortgage)
• Should be able to provide estimates and timelines to customers for different incidents resolution, enhancement requests, monitor the project's progress, provide a regular status update to customer / internal stakeholders, and interact with customer for planning and resolution of various issues / requirements.
• Extensive experience in MSSQL and Oracle Database.
• Experience in coding standard, design standard, Git and branching strategies.
• Experience in implementing Java based applications.
• Experience in DevOps for Auto build deployment.
• Experience in Agile project execution.
• Strong communications skills with the demonstrated ability to engage with both business and technical customer staff
• Should be capable of providing technical leadership to junior engineers in the team, suggest solutions and review their work.
• Must have knowledge of ticketing tools
• Experience in handling large and distributed team.
