• We are building a new data quality platform designed to help our data engineers / analyst ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of their data.
• This tool will provide a comprehensive view of data health, identify potential issues, and offer actionable insights to improve data integrity.
• We need a talented UX designer to help us create an Clientive and powerful user experience that transforms complex data into clear, easy-to-understand insights for our users.

Essential Job Functions :

o Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand our users' needs, pain points, and workflows related to data quality.

o Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for key features of the platform, including dashboards, data validation rules, and reporting tools.

o Work closely with product managers, data analyst, and engineers to translate user requirements and technical constraints into elegant design solutions.

o Use feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve designs and ensure a user-centered approach.

o Contribute to and utilize our design system to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across the entire platform.

Qualifications :

o A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, from research to final high-fidelity mockups.

o Experience with data-heavy applications, dashboards, or B2B / enterprise software is a significant plus.

o Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.

o A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for solving complex problems.
