Position Summary :
Sr Manager, Change Management (Data Product Coach)
As a Sr Manager, Change Management / Data Product Coach, you will lead multiple global product teams to embed best practices in change management, adoption planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Operating across a diverse portfolio of data products, you are considered an expert in terms of managing change for the deployment of data products. The role will play a key role in helping teams navigate organizational complexity, understand user needs, and deliver change in ways that stick.
This role is focused on leading teams to deliver successful outcomes by supporting the behaviors, mindsets, and practices that underpin great data products. You will coach teams on how to adopt new products, engage stakeholders effectively, and embed user-centric ways of workings. Working alongside product managers and technical leads to ensure smooth and sustainable delivery. This role will manage others and be responsible for their deliverables.
