Who We're Looking For
We need a hungry, high-energy SDR (2-3 years experience) who lives and breathes sales. This is a rare chance to be an early sales hire at a fast-growing AI startup with strong product-market fit. Someone who gets excited about :

What You'll Do
Pipeline Generation
Execute aggressive outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Book qualified demos with enterprise decision-makers (VP Sales, Head of CX, CTO)
Target accounts in Dubai, Singapore, and US markets
Hit and exceed monthly meeting targets
Sales Development
Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects
Deliver compelling first demos of Origa's Voice AI platform
Partner with senior sales to accelerate deals
Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and follow-up sequences
Market Intelligence
Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders
Map organizational structures and buying committees
Track competitor movements and market trends
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
What You Bring
Must-Haves
2-3 years SDR / BDR experience
in B2B SaaS (AI / automation experience is gold)
Proven outbound success
— you have numbers to back it up
International selling experience
— US market required; Dubai / Singapore a big plus
High energy & hustle
— startup DNA, comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent English communication
— written and verbal, can engage C-level executives
Tech-savvy
— can quickly grasp and demo complex technical products
Nice-to-Haves
Experience at a post-PMF startup
Track record selling to enterprises (500+ employees)
Familiarity with voice AI, contact center, or automation solutions
Experience with modern sales tools (Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator)
