STP Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced  Supervisor  for our Waste Water Treatment operations, specifically in  Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) . The ideal candidate will hold relevant academic qualifications in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and have over  3 years of industry experience . The role demands strong communication, team coordination, and manpower planning skills, with a firm understanding of safety practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), particularly STP processes.
• Supervise and coordinate plant personnel and ensure effective manpower planning.
• Monitor treatment processes and ensure compliance with environmental standards and company protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of operational parameters.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and implement preventive measures.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients for smooth operation and service delivery.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance support to avoid operational disruptions.
