Role Overview We are seeking a

Full-Stack Developer

with strong MERN and Next.js expertise to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about clean and scalable code, and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver world-class products.

You will be working closely with product managers, UI / UX designers, and other engineers to design, develop, and maintain innovative solutions that power our digital platform and customer experiences.

️ Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using

Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB .

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.

Architect scalable and secure backend services, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

Optimize applications for

performance, scalability, and SEO

(Next.js server-side rendering, caching strategies).

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong documentation.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.

Implement CI / CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.

Stay updated with emerging trends in web development and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performance engineering culture.

✅ Key Requirements

3–6 years

of professional experience in full-stack development.

Strong expertise in

Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

In-depth knowledge of

Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous programming patterns.

Proficiency in

databases

– both

NoSQL (MongoDB)

and

SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) .

Hands-on experience with

RESTful APIs, GraphQL , and microservices architecture.

Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices (OAuth, JWT).

Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong grasp of

version control (Git / GitHub / GitLab)

and

CI / CD pipelines .

Experience with

testing frameworks

(Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive mindset.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience in

fintech,

travel-tech, or booking systems .

Knowledge of

serverless architecture

and

edge deployments (Vercel, Netlify) .

Familiarity with

Agile / Scrum methodologies .

Prior experience working in

startups or remote-first teams .
