We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People team and support our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, offer management, and HR operations in a fast-paced AI-healthcare startup.

Key Responsibilities

• . Offer Letter Generation : Prepare offer letters, compensation letters, and appointment letters using Excel templates and Google Docs
• Recruitment Support : Assist with job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Data Management : Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and compensation data in Excel / Google Sheets
• Candidate Communication : Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, send offer letters, and track acceptances
• Documentation : Manage offer documentation, track candidate responses, maintain organized filing systems
• Reporting : Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring dashboards in Excel
