We are seeking a self-motivated, service-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager for our Loan Against Shares (LAS) business. This pivotal role requires an individual with 5 to 10 years of experience in an NBFC (Capital Market oriented), Private Sector Bank, Wealth Management Team, or Stock Broking Outfit.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing all post-sanction operations, including loan document execution, disbursement, and comprehensive post-disbursement loan account servicing . The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail , a thorough understanding of product offerings , foundational knowledge of legal documents , and effective communication skills (both written and verbal). This role is particularly suited for individuals with strong leadership qualities capable of guiding and managing a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities :
Management : Oversee and manage the service department, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to service standards.Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.Legal Documentation : Possess a deep understanding of legal documentation related to financial services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Capital Markets : Demonstrate expertise in capital markets, including knowledge of market trends, products, and regulations.Team Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to the service team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement within the service department, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in legal documentation and capital markets.Reporting : Prepare and present reports to senior management on service department performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.Key Requirements :
Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in a service management role within the financial services industry, specifically from NBFCs (Capital Market space), Private Sector Bank Retail Divisions, Wealth Management Teams, or Stock Broking Outfits.Legal & Regulatory Expertise : In-depth understanding of legal documentation and regulatory requirements.Capital Markets Knowledge : Strong knowledge of capital markets, including products, regulations, and market trends.Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.Leadership Qualities : Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving departmental goals.Analytical & Problem-Solving : Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
