PLM Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize PLM solutions to meet business needs.

Implement and support centralized specification management, document control, compliance workflows, and integrated change management .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable efficient product lifecycle processes .

Design and deploy PLM enhancements, extensions, and integrations with ERP, QMS, and other enterprise applications.

Support data migration, upgrades, and system performance tuning .

Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in PLM configuration and customization .

Expertise in centralized specification management, document management, compliance controls, and change management processes .

Solid understanding of PLM design principles and best practices.

Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and Infor PLM solutions.

Strong coding and scripting skills (Java, C#, .NET, XML, PL / SQL, or equivalent).

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain PLM integrations .

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to other PLM platforms like Centric or Trace One .

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to CPG (PPWR, FDA, ISO).

Experience in cloud deployments and modern integration methods (APIs, middleware) .
