Job description

Role & responsibilities

What Were Looking For :

  • Proven Experience in the Used Car Industry – You've been around the block in the used car field and understand the dynamics of the market.
  • Field Sales Expertise – Experience in driving field operations and building relationships with used car dealers is a must!
  • Classified Business Exposure – If you've worked in a similar classifieds or digital platform, that's a plus!
  • Willingness to Travel – This role requires a high level of travel within the designated zone for dealer onboarding and market development. (Travel can be up to 5 hours from your base location.)
  • Hands-on Approach – We need someone who is ready to be out on the field and lead from the front, engaging with dealers and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with Data – Strong skills in MS Excel to manage and track key metrics.
  • Communication Skills – Fluency in Hindi and English is a must, with local language proficiency preferred based on location.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive business growth by onboarding new used car dealers in your assigned region.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed on our platform.
  • Identify market opportunities and gaps to drive overall sales.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Travel extensively within your region to support dealers, increase market penetration, and gather insights on competitive activity.
