You have 12 to 15 years of experience with a strong understanding of technical systems, architecture, and product-engineering workflows.

You are a product-focused, hands-on builder who thrives in fast-paced environments.

You are obsessive about execution, care deeply about impact, and build systems that scale — responsibly.

You understand engineering constraints but always ship with business outcomes in mind.

You don’t wait for direction -you create clarity, drive ownership, and build momentum.

You will be responsible for :

Platform architecture & scalability

Managing trade-offs, risks & dependencies

Streamlining execution across teams

Maintaining speed without compromising quality

Code automation beyond vibe coding

Building a problem-solving culture, not a ticket-solving one
