Job descriptionPrepare and manage client invoices based on timesheets and project milestones. Create and maintain vendor payout sheets and payment schedules. Follow up with vendors and clients to ensure timely payments. Maintain accurate records for GST, TDS, and income tax compliance. Assist in return filing and coordinate with the CA for audits. Keep financial documentation organized and accessible for review. Prepare weekly / monthly financial summaries (revenue, expenses, cash flow). Support management with MIS reports and financial projections. Identify and flag any inconsistencies or overdue items in accounts. Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice reconciliation. Excellent Excel and report preparation skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities. Good communication skills and accountability in task follow-ups. Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and tech-driven organization. Position Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain daily accounting records using Zoho Books or Tally.
- Accurately record vendor invoices, client invoices, and expense entries.
- Handle bank reconciliations, vendor ledgers, and payment reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis.
