We're looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and analytics — someone who can not only build digital communities but also make brands trend, convert, and stay ahead of the curve.
Key Roles & Responsibilities Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with client objectives (brand building, engagement, performance, lead generation).
- Create quarterly and monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc.).
- Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities for real-time content (moment marketing).
Content Creation & Management
Ideate and brief the creative team on content formats (static, reels, stories, carousels, blogs, shorts, campaigns).Write and review platform-optimized captions, hooks, and scripts.Ensure all content aligns with brand tonality, voice, and aesthetics.Manage publishing schedules and ensure timely posting across all platforms.Community & Engagement
Actively manage online communities — responding to comments, DMs, queries, and fostering engagement.Build influencer marketing strategies : identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations.Spark conversations through contests, polls, Q&As, and interactive features.Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, third-party tools).Create weekly / monthly reports highlighting performance, learnings, and actionable insights.Optimize strategy based on KPIs and platform algorithm updates.Client & Team Collaboration
Work closely with account managers, designers, and copywriters to deliver campaigns.Present strategies, reports, and insights to clients with clarity and confidence.Train and guide junior team members / interns on best practices.Areas of Expertise Required

Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities in English & Hinglish.Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content formats.Creative eye for design and aesthetics (ability to brief designers effectively).Data-driven mindset with comfort in interpreting metrics and dashboards.Technical Skills
Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics.Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing (bonus).Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.Adaptability and quick decision-making in fast-moving digital landscapes.Leadership ability to guide a team and coordinate with multiple departments.Ideal Candidate Profile
