- Lead a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and medical practitioners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and untapped markets.
Marketing Management :
Plan and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the regional audience.Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to localize national campaigns for maximum impact.Drive brand awareness and visibility across key healthcare hubs in Punjab.Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, seminars, and product launches.Business Development :
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate counter-strategies.Explore strategic partnerships and collaborations with healthcare institutions.Negotiate and finalize deals with key clients and stakeholders.Team Management :
Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales and marketing team.Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular team reviews.Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.Reporting and Analysis :
