Job Summary :

As part of the Microsoft for Startups initiative, we're looking for a highly experienced Azure Solution Architect with over 10 years of IT experience and a specialization in Azure IaaS, Security, and Cloud Architecture. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist and a trusted advisor who can lead cloud transformation engagements, design enterprise-grade solutions, and guide clients in their Azure adoption journey. This role is perfect for a thought leader who can translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Azure solutions across various enterprise environments.
• Develop detailed solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications for cloud transformation projects.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud architectures.
• Conduct workshops, advisory sessions, and training to accelerate clients' cloud adoption strategies.
• Provide technical leadership during migration projects, ensuring successful deployment and optimization of cloud resources.
• Implement Azure Security best practices, governance frameworks, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure platform resilience.
• Perform cost optimization assessments to help clients maximize their return on investment (ROI) on cloud spending.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, guiding them toward technical excellence and relevant Azure certifications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, driving the adoption of new Azure features, functionalities, and competitive technologies.
