• Design like a pro in Canva / Figma / Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Understands brand language, tonality, consistency and all that jazz!
• Think like a consumer and create like a marketer
• Believe God lives in the details Balances creativity with functionality
• Have a quick turnaround time
• Can build design concepts independently with minimal inputs (we trust your brain)
• Know when to defend and slaughter your darlings with logic Love organized layers, colour palettes, and proper nomenclature (we respect that)
• Use AI tools like they’re your creative sidekick
