The role requires understanding U.S GAAP, ERISA regulations and working with US clients to deliver high quality audit efficiently.What you’ll be doing : As a Associate Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of Employee Benefit Plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations set by US regulatory authorities.Perform end-end audit procedures;Review and analyze plan documents, Financial Statements and various related reportsIdentify audit issues and ensure proper documentation of workpapers and conclusionAssist in resolving audit queries and provide insights into best practicesCoordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the companyWhat are we looking for : Exposure to US Benefit Plan audits (Must)Minimum 3-4 years of auditing or equivalent experience in US AuditsStrong understanding of auditing principles and proceduresAssistance in Preparation of Draft Financial StatementsPreferred Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificationEffective interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other audit toolsExperience with working independently on multiple assignments or engagementsPreferred Experience with a regional or Big 4 Audit firms.What we offer : With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
