Job Description :
The Office and Marketing Coordinator will support the smooth functioning of daily office operations while coordinating with the marketing team / agency in implementing promotional activities. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing communication, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and visitor management.
- Manage the daily calendar of the company's Founder.
- Maintain office record and documentation.
- Support HR and other teams in basic coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and agencies for marketing materials and branding collaterals.
- Manage social media posts, website updates, and marketing email campaigns.
- Track marketing expenses, maintain campaign calendars, and assist in reporting performance.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1 to 3 years of experience in office administration and / or marketing coordination.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office / Google workspace; knowledge of Canva or basic social media tools is a plus.Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.Proactive, and collaborative mindset.Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.Skills Required
