Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming admission inquiries via phone, email, Social Media, WhatsApp and in-person visits.
- Provide detailed information about our academy, programs, teaching methodologies, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the academic team to schedule assessments and interviews.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Participate in promotional events and open houses to attract new students.
- Prepare regular reports on admission metrics and conversion rates.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in any discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Residing within a 15 km radius of Mulund West.Preferred Skills :
