Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and grow the Cisco training domain at Koenig Solutions.

Hire, mentor, and guide a team of Cisco trainers to achieve excellence.

Ensure high-quality training delivery and customer satisfaction.

Drive the launch of new and in-demand Cisco certification courses .

Collaborate with OEMs (Cisco and others) and support solution-based sales initiatives.

Oversee training quality assurance , scheduling, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong Cisco expertise with certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE (preferred).

4+ years of experience in training delivery management or related leadership roles.

Proven experience in team management, quality assurance, and trainer development .

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
